The Importer Management Module (IMM) is a tailor made solution for Vehicle Importers based on the acclaimed incadea.engine and endorsed by major European OEM’s.

The IMM includes a secure dealer portal for Dealers to view Importer parts and vehicle stock, place orders, track delivery, check account details and enter warranty claims. The dealer portal is a real time session on the Importers database so all inventory data is 100% up to date and dealers create their orders directly in the Importers Parts and Vehicle modules.

This saves any order duplication and enables the dealer network to create, manage and track its own orders. The Import Costing and Importer Vehicle Stocklist modules aid the Importer in receiving large and complex shipments and easily track them from wharf to dealer and through the sales process.

• Dealer portal for live Parts and Vehicles data and ordering.
• Dealers, customers or sub-dealers log-in directly to the distributor or principle dealer database, view live inventory data and then create orders and sales requests plus print invoices and lodge credit requests.
• Importer Vehicle Stock list for managing all current and anticipated (on order) vehicle stock plus dealer stock requests though to invoices and transfers.
• Import Cost module for apportioning import costs across shipments of parts or vehicles.
• Built on the incadea DMS, so applicable to Wholesale/retail combined operations.
